How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 10 business days after final artwork approval. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days for metro areas and up to 6 business days for regional areas.

Can I see a proof before my order is produced?

Yes. A digital artwork mock-up is provided within 48 hours of order confirmation. We only begin production once you approve the artwork.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. If you require express delivery, please contact our team at support@brandimpact.com.au or call 02 8001 6107 before placing your order.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $19.95 per SKU. The total shipping cost is calculated based on the number of unique products in your cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and destination. We’ll send you a shipping quote for approval before finalising international orders.

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Stripe, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.
