Order Placement

At Brand Impact, we've streamlined the ordering process to make it as simple and convenient as possible. Customers can order their merchandise directly through our website, upload their logo, provide any specific order comments, and proceed to the cart for payment. Once your order is paid, within 48 hours you'll receive a digital art mock-up for approval. After you confirm the artwork, your order goes into production and will be shipped within 10 working days.

Each product has a specific Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), which is clearly displayed on the product’s page. Production will only begin once artwork has been approved via email, and we will not proceed without your sign-off.

Express Orders

If you need your merchandise faster, we offer rush orders for either 24-hour or 3-day dispatch. However, customers must call the office and speak to our team to enable this service.

Shipping Options

Brand Impact provides both standard and express shipping options.

For standard orders, shipping is managed through our website and follows Australia Post's delivery timeframes. For express orders, express shipping will be provided through StarTrack or Australia Post Express services. All orders are dispatched within 10 working days after artwork approval.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping times typically take 2-5 business days for metro areas and 5-7 business days for rural areas. Express shipping times are usually 1-2 business days for metro areas and 2-3 business days for rural areas.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping of $19.95 per SKU. No matter how many units of a single product are ordered, the shipping cost remains $19.95 for that SKU. If multiple products (different SKUs) are ordered, the flat rate applies to each SKU. You can view the total shipping costs on the cart page before completing your order.

International Shipping

We provide international shipping options based on the weight of your order and your destination. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a shipping quote for confirmation and a payment link to finalise any additional shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking link once the order is dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.

Delayed Orders

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at support@brandimpact.com.au or call 02 8324 1366. We will arrange a replacement, correction, or refund as necessary.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We've informed our suppliers to minimise plastics and use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. While this can't be guaranteed for all products within our local network, it can be ensured for OEM or offshore products specifically made for a client.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, we will coordinate shipping and delivery internally without customer hassle. However, if you have specific instructions, you can provide them in the 'Additional Information' tab before confirming your order.

Large or Urgent Orders

For orders over 1,000 units, or those requiring additional care, our account management team will be in contact with you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
