
Supplier Code of Conduct
Brand Impact (Creative Identity Pty Ltd) is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards across its supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the expectations we have for all our suppliers regarding ethical behavior, labor practices, and environmental responsibility. Our goal is to foster long-term relationships with suppliers who share our values in preventing modern slavery and ensuring human rights compliance.
Ethical Standards
We expect our suppliers to uphold the following ethical standards to ensure compliance with modern slavery legislation and respect for human rights.
- Employment must be freely chosen, without the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.
- Suppliers must not engage in human trafficking or any other forms of modern slavery.
- Suppliers must ensure that wages and benefits meet or exceed applicable national laws or industry benchmarks.
Labor Practices
We require suppliers to follow fair labor practices, which includes providing safe working conditions, treating employees with dignity and respect, and avoiding any form of exploitation.
- Suppliers must not use child labor or employ anyone under the minimum legal working age.
- Workers should not be subjected to excessive working hours and should have access to rest and leave.
- Suppliers must respect the right of workers to join trade unions and bargain collectively.
Health & Safety
Suppliers must provide a safe and hygienic working environment, ensuring that workers are not exposed to undue risks. Personal protective equipment and adequate training must be provided.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental regulations and take steps to minimize the environmental impact of their operations. This includes reducing emissions, waste, and the use of hazardous materials.
Monitoring & Auditing
We reserve the right to audit suppliers to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct. Independent audits may be conducted without prior notice. Suppliers must be transparent in their operations and provide access to all relevant documentation.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Suppliers found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct will be required to take immediate corrective actions. Continued non-compliance may result in the termination of the business relationship.
By working with Brand Impact, suppliers agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and commit to maintaining ethical, labor, and environmental standards.
